J on Meditation:

"Meditation is not a means to an end. It is both the means and the end."

— Jiddu Krishnamurti

Calm:

Sit comfortably with your back straight and feet flat on the ground.

Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through your nose, allowing your belly to rise.

Exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension in your body.

Focus your attention on your breath. Feel the cool air entering and the warm air leaving.

If your mind wanders, gently bring your focus back to your breath, without judgment.

As you breathe, imagine a soft, warm light spreading from your chest, filling your body with peace.

Sit with this feeling for a few moments, then slowly open your eyes, bringing your calm energy into the present moment.

Some greats you can follow if you want to learn meditation:

  1. Thich Nhat Hanh

  2. Pema Chödrön

  3. Deepak Chopra

  4. Jon Kabat-Zinn

  5. Eckhart Tolle

I have asked this many times, going to ask you again.

Have you started practice of meditation?
