22 September 2024: 50th Edition of The Sunny Sunday Newsletter

There are very few things in life that I have been consistent with, and this newsletter is one of them.

I started this newsletter in October 2023 with the hope of sharing whatever I learn (and I learn, read, and study a lot) with everyone else.

Today, with over 300 subscribers, I still feel good about the tiny nuggets I send you.

But, truth be told, I haven’t grown my subscriber base yet.

Why?

I’m a full-time realtor. I write when I’m not selling homes, and when I’m not doing either, I learn, experiment, and create many things.
